THE BASICS

About Homecrowd

Homecrowd Supply creates school apparel people actually want to wear while giving meaningful money back to the schools, teams, clubs, and programs that bring communities together.

We handle the store, products, designs, production, payments, fulfillment, and customer service.
Because we're parents too.

We've written the checks for school fundraisers, fun runs, spirit nights, and everything in between. Eventually we started asking a pretty simple question:

How much of the money families spend is actually making it back to the school?

We thought there should be a simpler model. Make great school gear people already want to buy, make the numbers easy to understand, and give meaningful money back.
Anybody. Parents, students, grandparents, alumni, teachers, coaches, neighbors, and anyone else who wants to support the school or program.
No. Homecrowd can support the entire school community — athletics, clubs, band, arts, PTO/PTA, faculty, graduating classes, special events, and other approved school programs.

FOR ADMINISTRATORS, COACHES & PTOs

School Stores

We build and manage an online spiritwear store for your school. Families shop online, orders are produced and fulfilled, and qualifying sales generate money back for the school. Your staff does not have to manage inventory, collect order forms, or sort boxes of shirts.
No. There's no need to guess how many small, medium, or XL shirts you'll sell and no leftover inventory sitting in a closet at the end of the season.
No. Homecrowd is designed to remove the inventory and upfront purchasing burden from schools.
No. Customers place and pay for their orders directly through the online store.
No. Standard orders are shipped directly to the customer unless a different fulfillment arrangement is made for a specific school, team, or event.
Homecrowd handles customer questions related to Homecrowd orders so your teachers, coaches, administrators, and volunteers don't have to become a customer service department.
Yes. Homecrowd can operate alongside an existing uniform, athletics, booster, or apparel relationship. We're focused on making school spiritwear easier and more productive for the school.
Absolutely. Schools can feature collections for individual sports, clubs, organizations, faculty, events, and other approved groups while keeping everything organized under the broader school store.

THE PART WE CARE ABOUT MOST

Giving Back

Participating schools receive 25% of qualifying merchandise sales.

We want the number to be easy for schools and families to understand.
If $100 in qualifying merchandise is sold, $25 goes back to the participating school or program.

A $32 qualifying tee generates $8 back. A $48 qualifying hoodie generates $12 back.
The Homecrowd model is built around monetary contributions to participating schools or programs rather than requiring the school to take its benefit in merchandise credit.
The school contribution is calculated from qualifying merchandise sales. Sales tax, shipping charges, refunded purchases, chargebacks, and other non-merchandise amounts are excluded.
Transparency is a core part of the Homecrowd model. We want participating schools to be able to clearly understand sales activity and the amount generated for their school or program.
Because schools and families should be able to ask simple questions and get simple answers:

How much merchandise was sold?
How much did the school receive?
What percentage went back?
Was the benefit cash or merchandise credit?

We built Homecrowd around making those answers easier to see.

THE GOOD STUFF

Products & Designs

Stores can include tees, premium tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, long sleeves, tanks, hats, and other selected school-spirit products. Product availability can vary by school and collection.
Because more isn't always better.

We'd rather build a curated store with products people actually want than make families scroll through hundreds of nearly identical choices.
Homecrowd can create original school-specific designs and collections using approved school names, colors, mascots, marks, and other authorized elements.
Absolutely. We want the store to feel like your school. Schools, coaches, clubs, and approved representatives can work with us on ideas for their collections.
Yes. Special events, rivalry games, championships, reunions, clubs, graduating classes, and other approved occasions can be great opportunities for limited or dedicated collections.
The school or applicable rights holder retains ownership of its trademarks, logos, and other protected marks. Homecrowd uses school marks only as authorized.

FROM OUR STORE TO YOUR DOOR

Orders & Shipping

Orders are generally shipped directly to the address entered during checkout unless another delivery arrangement is specifically offered for your school or event.
Not by default. One of the benefits of the Homecrowd model is removing order distribution from school staff and volunteers.
Because many Homecrowd items are produced specifically for your order, production occurs before shipping. Estimated delivery information will be provided during the ordering process when available.
When tracking is available, shipping information is sent after your order has been produced and shipped.
Some products may be produced or fulfilled from different facilities. When that happens, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

SOMETHING WENT WRONG?

Returns & Order Problems

Contact Homecrowd with your order information and photos showing the problem. We'll review the issue and work to make qualifying production or fulfillment problems right.
If the item you received doesn't match what you ordered, contact us with your order information so we can review it.
Many Homecrowd products are produced specifically for each order, so size exchanges and buyer-remorse returns may be limited. Please review the product's sizing information carefully before ordering.
No. Gift cards are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash. They don't expire, can be used across several orders, and work only at the school store they were bought from. If you bought one by mistake, contact us right away and we'll review it.
Contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change its delivery information.

For schools

Ask better questions about your spiritwear.

→How much merchandise did we sell?
→How much money did our school actually receive?
→What percentage of each sale came back?
→Was our benefit cash or merchandise credit?
→Which products are actually selling?
→How much work is our staff doing to manage it?

Schools should know the answers. Homecrowd was built to make them easier to see.
