Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 15, 2026

Welcome to Homecrowd Supply. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Homecrowd Supply website, online stores, products, services, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. About Homecrowd Supply

Homecrowd Supply (“Homecrowd,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates online spiritwear stores and provides apparel and related merchandise for schools, teams, clubs, organizations, families, fans, and communities.

Homecrowd may work with participating schools and organizations to create and operate online stores featuring approved names, logos, colors, mascots, designs, and other identifying elements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Homecrowd is an independent business and is not owned, operated, or controlled by any participating school, school district, athletic department, booster club, PTO/PTA, or other organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make purchases through the Services.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Availability

Homecrowd offers apparel, accessories, and other merchandise through participating school and organization stores.

Product availability may change without notice. Certain products, sizes, colors, designs, or styles may become unavailable because of supplier inventory, production limitations, or other circumstances outside our control.

We reserve the right to discontinue, substitute, modify, or limit products offered through the Services.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and designs accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, garment material, printing process, and manufacturing variations.

4. Print-on-Demand Products

Many Homecrowd products are produced specifically after an order is placed.

Because these products may be made to order, production times and return eligibility may differ from merchandise purchased from a traditional retail store.

Minor variations in print placement, garment color, dimensions, texture, or appearance that are normal to the printing and manufacturing process are not necessarily considered defects.

5. Pricing

Prices are displayed on the applicable product or store page and are subject to change without notice.

Prices generally do not include applicable sales tax or shipping charges unless specifically stated.

Homecrowd may offer promotions, discounts, coupon codes, or special pricing from time to time. Promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, or other restrictions.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a material pricing error affects an order, we may cancel the affected order and refund amounts paid for that order.

6. School Contributions

A central part of the Homecrowd model is supporting participating schools and programs.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular store, program, promotion, or agreement, Homecrowd contributes 25% of qualifying merchandise sales to the participating school, school program, team, club, or other approved organization associated with the applicable store.

For example, $100 in qualifying merchandise sales would generate a $25 contribution.

“Qualifying merchandise sales” generally means the merchandise purchase price actually collected by Homecrowd, excluding amounts such as:

  • Sales and similar taxes;
  • Shipping and delivery charges;
  • Refunded or canceled purchases;
  • Chargebacks or disputed transactions;
  • Gift card purchases, where applicable;
  • Donations made outside the purchase of qualifying merchandise;
  • Other non-merchandise charges; and
  • Any items or promotions specifically identified as non-qualifying.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the Homecrowd contribution is not an additional charitable donation made by the purchaser. It is an amount paid by Homecrowd from qualifying merchandise sales under its arrangement with the participating school or organization.

Purchases through Homecrowd should not be assumed to be tax-deductible charitable contributions. Customers should consult their own tax adviser regarding any tax questions.

Contribution percentages or structures may differ for certain stores, organizations, promotions, or separately negotiated arrangements. When they differ, the terms displayed for that store or program will control.

7. Contribution Reporting

Homecrowd may provide participating schools or organizations with information regarding merchandise sales and amounts generated through their store.

Any public-facing sales, contribution, or impact counter provided on a Homecrowd website is intended to provide transparency regarding the applicable program.

Counters or dashboards may not update immediately and may be adjusted to account for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, payment processing, reporting delays, or corrections.

8. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Homecrowd may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Pricing or listing errors;
  • Suspected fraud;
  • Payment authorization problems;
  • Intellectual property concerns;
  • Production limitations; or
  • Other circumstances preventing fulfillment.

If we cancel a paid order, we will generally refund the amount collected for the canceled portion of the order.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees.

Delivery times may be affected by production schedules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, inventory availability, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside Homecrowd’s reasonable control.

Products within the same order may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate shipments.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Order Problems

Because many Homecrowd products are made to order, we may not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other reasons unrelated to a product or fulfillment problem.

Customers should carefully review sizing information before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged, materially misprinted, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, please contact Homecrowd promptly with your order information and photographs showing the issue.

When we determine that a qualifying production or fulfillment error occurred, Homecrowd may, at its discretion and as appropriate under applicable law, replace the item, reproduce the item, issue a refund, or provide another reasonable remedy.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where applicable law requires otherwise. A gift card does not expire, may be used toward merchandise (not shipping or tax) at the school store where it was purchased, and any balance remaining after an order stays on the card. Anyone with the code can spend the balance, so keep it safe: Homecrowd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or shared codes. If a gift card purchase is refunded or charged back, the card is deactivated.

Additional details may be provided in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. School Names, Logos, Mascots, and Trademarks

School names, logos, mascots, trademarks, service marks, and other protected identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.

Homecrowd’s use of these materials does not transfer ownership to Homecrowd.

Homecrowd seeks appropriate authorization for protected school marks used in connection with participating school stores.

You may not copy, reproduce, download, modify, sell, redistribute, or commercially use school trademarks or Homecrowd designs displayed through the Services without authorization from the applicable rights holder.

12. Homecrowd Designs and Intellectual Property

Except for intellectual property owned by schools, organizations, licensors, or other third parties, the Homecrowd website and its original content, graphics, designs, photographs, layouts, text, branding, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Homecrowd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Homecrowd-created artwork may incorporate authorized school marks while also containing original design elements owned by Homecrowd.

You may not reproduce or commercially exploit Homecrowd materials without our written permission.

13. User-Submitted Content

Schools, teams, organizations, customers, and authorized representatives may occasionally submit logos, photographs, artwork, names, slogans, or other materials (“Submitted Content”).

By submitting content to Homecrowd, you represent that you own the content or have sufficient permission to provide it to us and authorize its intended use.

You grant Homecrowd a non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, format, display, print, and otherwise use Submitted Content as reasonably necessary to provide the requested products or Services.

We may decline to use Submitted Content if we reasonably believe it infringes another party’s rights, violates applicable law, is inappropriate for a school environment, or otherwise creates unacceptable risk.

14. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate applicable law;
  • Commit fraud or provide intentionally false information;
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems;
  • Introduce malware or harmful code;
  • Scrape or harvest information in a manner that interferes with the Services;
  • Impersonate a school, organization, or authorized representative;
  • Misrepresent your authority to approve school trademarks or designs; or
  • Interfere with another person’s use of the Services.

15. Third-Party Services

Homecrowd may rely on third parties for payment processing, ecommerce technology, printing, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, hosting, and other business functions.

Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Homecrowd is not responsible for third-party services or websites that we do not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

16. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes have no cash value, may not be combined with other offers, may be limited to specific products or stores, and may be modified or discontinued as permitted by applicable law.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Homecrowd and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homecrowd’s aggregate liability arising from a particular customer transaction will not exceed the amount paid to Homecrowd by that customer for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homecrowd from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from content you submit, your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

20. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Homecrowd collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Material changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms where permitted by law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be handled in an appropriate court having jurisdiction under applicable law.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies or additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Homecrowd regarding your use of the Services.

Separate written agreements between Homecrowd and participating schools or organizations may contain additional terms governing those relationships.
